We are experts on tours around the world. Our team is comprised of people that have developed, managed, and delivered tours for decades. In fact, our team has well over 30 years of collective experience in travel. We are completely committed to providing you with the best cruise or tours at the best prices, enabling you to enjoy the travel experience.

How do I know my tours will be high quality?
We utilize a very comprehensive process to select, develop and deliver tours for our customers. In selecting and developing tours, we only use the highest quality local operators and guides. These operators and guides are evaluated on a wide array of topics including expertise, experience, logistics, tour size, tour pace, quality of the tour components, availability and equipment. Since our group tours are escorted, our staff are available to handle customer service issues immediately. Once a tour is operational, we utilize a strict quality assurance program to ensure the tour quality remains at a very high level. If it does not, we will quickly stop offering it to our customers..

Do you offer multiple ways to book with you?
Yes. You can book on our website which we believe is the best website in the cruise and  tour business. Our customers consistently tell us that shopping for and purchasing tours on our site is easy and enjoyable. If you’d rather speak with a person to book your tours we offer that service too. Most of our cruise cabin bookings for 3 or more passengers in the same cabin, require speaking with a Booking Specialist to determine pricing for the 3rd or 4th passenger.  Just call the number at the top right of this page and we will be happy to help you.

What makes your website better than others?
We believe there are many things that make our website the best in the tour business. You can easily find a cruise or tours to places you might want to travel. We offer comprehensive information on every cruise or tour we offer. We don’t clutter our screens with advertisements and other unimportant information that can make shopping and buying confusing. We present specials offers and discounts in a clear way so you can get the best deals.

We provide comprehensive information on all our tours. This includes a very detailed description of the tour, the duration

What are the average group size?
We offer tours to all group sizes.  However, if your group is30 or more people we try to assign 2 or more Travel Specialists to groups of that size.

Do you offer 24/7 support for travelers?
Yes. We know that when you are travelling you want to make sure you have all the support your group needs, and although, a Specialist will be traveling with  your group, our local tour operator will provide you with their local contact information.

Can I book on your website?
Yes. Our website has been designed to make shopping for and purchasing tours easy and enjoyable. We offer locations worldwide.

Can I book over the telephone?
Yes. Feel free to call us to book tours. Our Tour Experts are happy to assist you. Our call center is open Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm CST. The telephone number is shown at the very top of this page

How do I know which tours are available in my destination?
Simply click on Country flag on our website Homepage, which will provide you with information on all of the great tours we offer in that destination.

How long are the cruise or tours, when are they offered and what will they cost?
The duration of each cruises or tour is displayed in the information provided for that tour on our website, with the price and date offered.

When will I see tours in my Shopping Cart?
After you select a tour, enter in the required information (such as date, time and number of participants), and click “Add to Cart” you will see tours in your Shopping Cart.

Do you offer special prices or deals?
Yes. We offer special prices and deals in nearly all of our destinations worldwide. These specials and deals tend to change so to see them, select a country and city. When the list of available tours appears, you will see a special note in the tour picture saying “Special Offer”. The standard price and special price will also be displayed.

Do you offer children’s prices?
Yes. Many of our cruises and  tours offer children’s prices. When you select a tour that offers child pricing you will be asked to enter the number of children. The price per child will then be displayed.

Can I book more than one tour in a destination?
Yes. Most of our customers book multiple tours to get a range of experiences in their destination. Our website makes it easy to buy as many tours as you’d like. When you have your first tour in your shopping cart, simply click on “Continue Shopping” to look at more tours.

How far in advance can I book my tour?
If a tour appears on our website and the date you enter shows availability, you can book it. We typically have dates available at least 12 months in advance.

How do I know what to wear for a tour?
For each of our tours we provide a section called “Recommended Dress”. This section provides helpful information on what to wear and bring to fully enjoy your tour.

How do I know if there are any restrictions for a tour?
For each of our tours we provide a section called “Restrictions”. This section provides helpful information on any restrictions that may apply to a tour such as weight, height, age, or mobility restrictions.

Are your tours handicapped accessible?
A few of our cruises and tours are handicapped accessible while most are not. This information is provided in the “Restrictions” section of the tour description.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept many forms of payment including Cash, Check making direct payments, which must be accompanied by a completed TATC Application/Peservation form.  Further, at no cost you can book and pay directly thru our website Shopping Cart, at no charge. Otherwise, you can pay directly or thru our website using: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. If you would like to use another form of payment not listed here, please call us.

What currencies can I buy in?
Our tours are offered in multiple currencies including the US Dollar, British Pound and Euros. To see the various currencies and to select one, go to the top right corner of our website and click on the “Currency” button.

How do I know that my credit card information is safe on your site?
Our website provides a very high level of financial safety and security for our customers. Our website has a secure SSL certificate which provides industry standard data encryption of financial information.

What is the Card Verification Number (CVV) on my credit card?
The Card Verification Number (CVV) on your credit card or debit card is a 3 digit number on Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit and debit cards and a 4 digit number on American Express credit or debit cards. On Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards, the CVV is the 3 digit number appearing just right of your credit card number on the back of the card. On American Express cards, the CVV is the 4 digit number appearing above and to the right of the credit card number on the front of the card.

Under what name will my purchase be charged on the credit card statement?
Your tour purchase will appear under the name Tour Sales on your credit card statement.
Note:  Since all of our international cruises and tours require a valid Passport,  the credit card used should match the name on your Passport.

When do I receive confirmation of my booking?
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking within 24 hours of your purchase. The confirmation will be sent to the email address you enter when you book your tours.

When do I receive the electronic ticket for my booking?
You will receive your electronic ticket via mail or email within 15 days prior to traveling. The electronic ticket will be sent to the email address you enter when you book your tours.

What do I do with my electronic ticket?
Your electronic ticket will be printed and mailed to you by your travel specialist from TATS, which must be brought to your cruise or tour. If you do not have your electronic ticket, and your passport,  you will not be able to take your tour.

Do children need identification too?
Yes, because most of our cruises and tour go to international destinations, every traveler MUST have a valid Passport.

What is your cancellation policy?
Tours cancelled more than 7 days before the date of the tour are fully refundable. Tour cancelled 7 days or closer to the tour date are non-refundable.

Do I need a Passport, Visa or some other form of identification?
Yes, because most of our cruises and tour go to international destinations, every traveler MUST have a valid Passport.

 
What happens if the price of my tour changes between the time I booked and the date of the tour?
If the price of your tour goes up between the time you booked and the date of the tour you will not be charged the additional amount. If you see that the price of your tour goes down between the time you booked and the date of the tour, we will refund you the difference.

I want to cancel my tour. What is your cancellation policy?
Tours cancelled more than 7 days before the date of the tour are fully refundable. Tour cancelled 7 days or closer to the tour date are non-refundable

If I am delayed for my cruise departure or tour start time, what happens?
Please call the Local Contact on the number provided on your electronic ticket as soon as you k now you will be delayed. The Travel Specialist might be able to arrange travel to the next cruise destination or book you on a subsequent flight, however, they will not be able to delay the cruise or tour however, within 7 days of departure cancellation are non-refundable.

What happens if there is bad weather the day of my tour?
If there is bad weather the day of your tour, please call the Local Contact on the number that appears on your electronic ticket. The Local Contact will tell you whether or not the tour is still operating and what the current plans are. If the tour does not go, then, you may receive a portion of your payment, depending upon wheather you took the travel insurance that covers this type of cancellation. If the tour is operating, the tour is non-refundable because you will be within the 7 day cancellation period so we are hopeful you will participate.

Do you have a phone number I can call if I need to make changes the day of the tour?
Yes. Please call the Local Contact on the number provided on your electronic ticket.

I need a refund of my tour. How do I get it?
Please call us on the number that appears on the top right corner of this page.
